About Christine Waldmann

Christine Waldmann has an MSc (Econ.) and is a Professional Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation. She has completed an Executive Management Program at INSEAD, Paris, and minored in psychology.

Christine Waldmann has many years’ experience in change management and HR as a result of her executive positions within parent companies and subsidiaries of the IT, oil, machine production, retail and fast-moving consumer goods sectors.

Throughout her career, she has been responsible for major change projects, turnarounds, the establishment of goal-oriented HR functions, leadership development and employee development.

This experience has led to her working to achieve quicker results through sparring, consultation and coaching.

Alongside her work within ChangePartner, Christine Waldmann is a member of several company and advisory boards. She also works as a mentor, speaker, teacher and writer.
